Submission Terms and Conditions

By Submitting Images to The One World Photo Collective You agree to the Following:

Ownership and License

You retain all copyright and ownership rights to any image you submit. By submitting an image, you grant OW-Collective a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use, reproduce, copy, store, host, modify, adapt, edit, crop, resize, enhance, create derivative works from, publish, publicly display, publicly perform, distribute, transmit, and otherwise exploit the submitted image, in whole or in part, in any media or format now known or later developed, for any lawful business purpose, including but not limited to creating, publishing, monetizing, promoting, and distributing ambient videos and related content on YouTube and other streaming, social media, digital, broadcast, and commercial platforms. Any use of the images submitted will be for the purpose of Featuring Photographers, and promoting OW-Collective.com

This license includes the right to combine your image with other content, synchronize it with music or audio, use it in promotional materials, and permit our contractors, service providers, distributors, and platform partners to exercise these rights solely as necessary to operate, distribute, and promote our content.

You understand that we are under no obligation to use your submission, provide attribution, or pay additional compensation unless expressly agreed in writing.

Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights necessary to grant this license.
• Your submission does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
• You have obtained any required model, property, or location releases.
• Your submission complies with all applicable laws.

And an indemnification clause:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OW Collective from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from a breach of the foregoing representations or your submission.

The license includes the right to monetize content containing the submitted image through advertising, subscriptions, licensing, sponsorships, syndication, or any other revenue-generating methods, without additional compensation except as expressly agreed.

Submission does not guarantee selection or compensation. Compensation, if any, will be governed by a separate written agreement or the published compensation schedule in effect at the time the image is selected.
